MEET THE FOUNDER

As the CEO and creator of SW Global Enterprises, I am knowledgeable to business coaching and have a strong commitment to government contracting. My professional experiences has been crucial to my career, since it enables me to reassure clients that I am capable of handling projects of any size. I embrace the opportunity to add value to various assignments and believe that strong and transparent communication is necessary in facilitating desired results while fostering relationships with all clients, participants and stakeholders involved. Quality and a high degree of professionalism have always been the standards that I strive to uphold at all costs as I consult with organizations and work on contracts. My meticulous and methodical approach certainly makes my an asset to any project.

As a business coach, I have over 15 years of experience in the field of business management, marketing, and procurement. I have extensive knowledge in many different business and marketing strategies. I have worked directly with business owners on start-ups, building business plans, obtaining business strategies, identifying marketing needs, and acquiring the skills required for business ownership. I have also been involved in business planning, execution, and education. I work directly with customers in a commercial setting, utilizing my education and professional expertise to identify organizational and procedural difficulties and provide solutions to overcome marketing obstacles. I understand and have guided many of my clients through the process of helping them to discover who they are, where they belong, how will they get there, and how they will measure their success. I believe in assisting my clients achieve their business goals and objective.

I have 25+ years of experience in the buying and contracting environment. My background as a contract procurement professional includes specializing in grant agreement reviews and deliverables, vendor compliance, consulting, procurement, negotiations, proposals, agreements, fund development, and the preparation and execution of contracts and related documents, among other specialized entities. I have worked as a compliance officer in the sector for 17 years, in addition to having experience with government contracts and purchases. In addition, to name a few, I have expertise in contract/project management, vendor/client relations, record keeping, monitoring, and change management. In addition to business coaching, purchasing, and managing construction contracts, I have worked as an Instructional Professor, a Director of Head Start, a Partnership Steward, a Fund Development Opportunity Coordinator, Senior Pre-Award Administer and more.

I earned my Doctor of Philosophy with a concentration in Business Administration from North Central University (Scottsdale, Arizona). I also possesses a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Central State University (Wilberforce, Ohio), an MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University (Dearborn, MI), a MA.ED in Education Leadership from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI), and an Early Childhood certification and educational endorsement from University of Cincinnati (Cincinnati, OH).

My team and I have a wealth of knowledge in the field of Business Management, Coaching and Government contracting.
